We're seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing activation plans that connect brand strategy with consumer engagement across owned, earned, and paid channels. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and channel owners to deliver coordinated marketing programs that enhance the consumer experience and support business objectives.
This position is in Richmond, VA with a Hybrid work schedule, relocation benefits will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel marketing strategies that align brand objectives, business priorities, and consumer insights.
  • Translate marketing goals into connected communication plans that deliver consistent experiences across channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with brand teams and channel leaders to identify opportunities to improve engagement, optimize marketing performance, and enhance customer journey.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across stakeholders, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, working teams, and governance forums to support cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, communication plans, and execution processes across integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development and management of activation calendars, project plans, and execution roadmaps for complex marketing programs.
  • Coordinate cross-channel campaign execution to help ensure initiatives launch accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, resource needs, and potential barriers to execution while proactively developing solutions.
  • Partner with agency teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that align with business objectives and omnichannel strategies.
  • Coordinate collaboration across creative, media, digital, CRM, consumer engagement, and experiential marketing partners.
  • Monitor campaign and program performance by tracking key metrics, business outcomes, and consumer engagement trends.
  • Develop reporting and executive-level updates that provide visibility into program performance, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Partner with analytics teams to identify actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

We Want You To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, customer experience, marketing operations, omnichannel marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience working with agencies, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build alignment across diverse teams and functions.
  • Experience developing marketing plans, activation calendars, and execution roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use performance data and consumer insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, media, customer engagement channels, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience leveraging consumer data, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
