As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Grief Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals, while monitoring their progress.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Facilitating crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety plans to ensure clients' well-being during challenging times.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitating psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to empower clients in their healing processes.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills for effective client interaction.
