Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and strengths.
• Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals to coordinate care effectively.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans when necessary.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, fostering community and engagement among clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to enhance your joining experience.
