Job Summary / Purpose

The Santa Fe Coordinator is a key ministry leadership position on the Greenhouse College

team responsible for growing and strengthening Greenhouse's ministry among college students,

with primary leadership responsibility for Greenhouse's presence at Santa Fe College and the

Sunday morning college experience at the Main Campus.



Position Goals

  • Shepherd and cultivate a thriving, Jesus centered ministry community among students
  • Multiply healthy Greenhouse College microchurches by identifying, discipling, and
  • developing student leaders who can shepherd others


Santa Fe College Ministry Leadership


  • Provide spiritual and ministry leadership for Greenhouse College's evangelism and
  • outreach efforts
  • Multiply healthy, active Microchurches among Santa Fe students
  • Identify, disciple, develop, and coach Santa Fe Microchurch leaders
  • Build and lead the Santa Fe student board, cultivating a team of students who take
  • meaningful ownership of ministry on their campus
  • Cast vision and provide spiritual and strategic direction for student board members

Sunday Morning College Ministry


College Lounge & Student Engagement


  • Lead the Sunday morning College Lounge as a relational ministry environment where
  • college students are welcomed, known, and connected to the life of Greenhouse
  • Build meaningful relationships with new and existing students, intentionally shepherding



First-Time Guests & Assimilation


  • Provide consistent and relational follow-up with first-time guests
  • Intentionally connect students into Greenhouse discipleship pathways, including ABCs:
  • Activate, Breakthrough, and College Microchurches


College Internship


  • Help lead and execute the Greenhouse College Internship during the summer
  • Cultivate a strong culture of evangelism and mission that builds momentum toward the
  • fall semester


College Team Leadership & Collaboration


  • Help shape and carry the vision, strategy, and ongoing development of Greenhouse

Physical Demands
