Frank Beverage Group in Middleton, WI is now hiring a Graphics Department Assistant. The team members of Frank Beverage Group are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers. 

Position Summary:

The Large Format Print Production Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of our print department. This position is responsible for running and maintaining large format printing equipment, working with a variety of materials including coroplast, banners, adhesive vinyl, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and works well under tight deadlines. This role also supports supply organization and inventory management to keep the production workflow running smoothly.

Requirements:

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Operate large format printers and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance

· Work with various print materials including coroplast, vinyl banners, window perf, adhesive vinyl, poly paper, etc.

· Manage print jobs in a fast-paced environment, often working under tight deadlines

· Maintain consistent workflow and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

· Assist with organizing supplies and managing inventory levels

· Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

· Route signage to correct locations, departments, and sales representatives

· Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

· Previous experience with large format printing preferred but not necessary. We provide on-site training

· Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D) required
