Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in signs, vehicle graphics, and line marking solutions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, responsible for understanding client needs, preparing quotes, and closing sales. You'll collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Prior experience in signage, graphics, or a related industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services (signs, vehicle wraps, decals, safety lines, and custom graphics)
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track orders, manage customer data, and update CRM systems
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the signage or graphics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
