Job description

Join our growing production team! We are seeking an experienced Wide Format Flatbed Operator to produce high-quality graphics, signage, displays, and specialty print projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain wide format flatbed printing equipment.
  • Set up jobs, load materials, and monitor print quality throughout production.
  • Review work orders and ensure projects meet customer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
  • Work closely with prepress, finishing, and production teams to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating wide format flatbed printers preferred.
  • Knowledge of print substrates, inks, color management, and production workflows.
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
