Job description

Printing Estimator – Offset, Digital & Wide Format

Are you an experienced print estimator who understands the details behind producing accurate, competitive quotes? We're looking for a knowledgeable Printing Estimator to join our team and support a wide range of offset, digital, and wide format printing projects.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales, customer service, and production teams to prepare timely, accurate estimates while helping ensure every project is profitable and positioned for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for offset, digital, and wide format print projects
  • Analyze specifications, materials, labor, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, and shipping costs
  • Work with vendors to obtain pricing on outsourced products and services
  • Review customer specifications and recommend cost-effective production solutions
  • Maintain estimating standards and pricing databases
  • Collaborate with sales and production to meet customer deadlines and expectations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of print estimating experience
  • Strong knowledge of offset, digital, and wide format printing processes
  • Understanding of paper stocks, substrates, inks, finishing, bindery, mailing, and fulfillment
  • Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience with print MIS/ERP estimating software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
