Purpose of Position
The Multimedia Graphic Designer plays a key role in developing and delivering visually engaging content across a variety of platforms to support marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This position blends strong graphic design expertise with creative problem-solving to produce impactful materials including digital advertisements, social media and e-comm graphics, presentations, print collateral, trade show displays, and both short- and long-form video content.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented visual storyteller with proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.). They have a keen eye for design and a solid grasp of brand consistency. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously are essential, as this role requires balancing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Multimedia Graphic Designer works closely with marketing, product and other internal teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the brand.
Role Purpose
• Design and produce engaging visual content for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines, channels and campaigns.
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to the brand’s guidelines, maintaining consistency and coherence to these standards.
• Create and edit video content for marketing, training, and promotional use.
• Capture and edit high-quality photography of products, accessories, action shots, events, and other visual content as needed to support marketing and branding initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain exceptional organization of all assets internally as well as on platforms where assets are shared.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multimedia content creation, including video production, photography, and graphic design.
Education And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, digital media, or related field from an accredited College or University required.
Preferred Skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design/video editing tools.
• Experience creating design assets for digital marketing, including social media graphics, banner ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of video storytelling, composition, lighting, and editing techniques to create compelling product-focused images and videos
