Job Description
Pay Rate: $21.68 HR- $28.50
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Serve customers by assisting them to formulate and articulate their artistic and technical printing requests and interpreting them in terms that fit APS graphics and printing processes. Use technical knowledge of the company's various product lines and customers' packaging requirements to clearly communicate to internal and external partners the customers' graphics and printing expectations for the
finished product.
Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact to manage customer accounts for by providing value added professional and technical services that strengthen customer relationships.
• Balance multiple customer accounts and prioritize own workload within small self-directed team to meet all customers' needs.
• Advise customers regarding cost savings opportunities for graphics and/or finished goods expense.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure requests meet customer expectations and printing capabilities.
• Act as a customer-facing resource in meeting their business objectives and share in the value created.
Research, document, initiate, coordinate, and expedite customer requests through all stages of the process.
• Formulate and produce documents (Specification Sheet) to guide and support key stages of the order production and printing processes at the manufacturing facilities.
• Provide internal and external customers with timely information about the status of progress of art requests through all stages of the process.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify how best to proceed with requests that fall outside of current offerings.
• Communicate customers' expectations to other workgroups by providing detailed work instructions of the customers' requests and expectations.
• Collaborate directly with staff from all functions within APS Graphics to ensure the customer requests are processed promptly and result in printable graphics with high technical and aesthetic quality.
• Create and enter SAP data as required for accurate manufacturing orders
Qualifications
• Associate degree or similar certification (Graphics related field) preferred with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

• Conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
