Description: Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a Graphics Specialist to create and manage high-quality visual communication products that support organizational and mission objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling graphic solutions, coordinate production efforts, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. This role requires creativity, strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities: Design and produce graphic images and visual communication products in coordination with users and stakeholdersDevelop layouts, illustrations, presentations, publications, branding materials, and other creative assets to support customer requirementsUtilize industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create professional print and digital productsSet up and operate computer graphic systems and related production equipmentTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor preventive maintenance as neededCoordinate graphic production schedules, priorities, and project timelinesWork with outside vendors to obtain production support and ensure quality deliverablesManage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure completion on time, within budget, and to user satisfactionPresent concepts, designs, and recommendations to stakeholdersEnsure all graphic products meet quality standards, customer requirements, and organizational guidelinesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)Experience developing and producing professional graphic design products for print, digital, and presentation-based communications using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platformsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budgetRequirements: U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants.
