Bo's Beans at the Graduate Hotel is seeking a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will include preparing drinks, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.

- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

- Take orders, handle payments, and manage the cash register.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating.

- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
