Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of extended-stay properties throughout the Las Vegas area.

You will be responsible for driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, occupancy, service standards, and operational excellence across all assigned properties. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and brings the leadership, accountability, and hands-on approach needed to deliver an exceptional guest experience while driving strong property performance.

Essential Functions: (include, but are not limited to)

  • Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple extended-stay properties within the assigned portfolio, ensuring established goals are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and on-site teams to achieve strong performance, high occupancy, and consistent guest service standards.
  • Provide additional on-site support as business needs require, including assisting with property-level operations and providing temporary coverage when a property is short-staffed or experiencing other staffing needs.
  • Drive NOI growth through strategic budgeting, revenue optimization, and effective expense management.
  • Implement effective sales, marketing, pricing, and guest retention strategies to maintain strong occupancy and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor property conditions, maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects to protect the guest experience and enhance property value.
  • Analyze financial reports, market trends, and property performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable lodging regulations, safety and security requirements, company policies, service standards, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a key liaison among ownership, vendors, and other stakeholders while building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Must currently reside in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
  • Recent, relevant experience overseeing hospitality, extended-stay, or similar property operations within the Las Vegas market required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Regional Manager, Regional Director, Area Manager, or in an equivalent multi-site leadership role overseeing extended-stay or hospitality properties.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and holding General Managers and on-site teams accountable for achieving operational, financial, occupancy, and guest service goals.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, and expense control.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies to improve occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), guest satisfaction, revenue performance, cost control, and overall property performance.
  • Experience with extended-stay sales strategies, rate and revenue optimization, competitive market analysis, and demand-based pricing.
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), reservation systems, revenue management tools, or similar hospitality technology.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned portfolio to support operations, conduct site visits, and provide leadership to on-site teams.
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Driven and goal-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with owners, guests, vendors, and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and move throughout assigned properties during site visits.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings as needed.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including offices, guest rooms, maintenance or construction areas, and property grounds.
  • Clear and effective communication in person and over the phone.
  • Regular use of computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
