Huntsville, Alabama

LBA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and results-driven Dual Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for two extended-stay hotels in the Huntsville market. This role partners closely with hotel leadership to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and achieve market share goals.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for both hotels.
  • Prospect and secure new corporate, government, group, and extended-stay business.
  • Manage client relationships through regular sales calls, site visits, networking, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and account information within brand sales systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Represent the hotels at community, industry, and networking events.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel sales, hospitality, or related business development experience preferred.
  • Experience selling Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or IHG extended-stay brands is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hotel leadership.
