Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C , Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Experience in launching ML enabled product features, particularly to public users.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative, creative environment, great communication skills.
  • Ability to work on innovations and forefront of technology, and the challenges and unknowns that come with it.

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with product, ux, analytics, and privacy teams to refine requirements, define success metrics, and ensure responsible feature launches.
  • Be well versed in Backend and AI technology with great attention to detail, many of the feature launches requires deep understanding of the system, be willing to dig deep and provide technical guidance.
  • Execute with extreme urgency and ownership, working in an extreme fast moving environment, it's critical to have a startup mindset to take risks, do quick prototyping, and be resilient to march forward despite challenges.
