Resource Management:
Allocating time, budget, and personnel effectively to ensure the project has what it needs to succeed.
Timeline Oversight:
Creating and maintaining detailed schedules (often using Gantt charts) to track progress and meet deadlines.
Risk Mitigation:
Identifying potential "roadblocks" early and developing contingency plans to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serving as the lead point of contact, providing regular updates, and managing expectations across the organization.
Quality Control:
