Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead renewable energy construction projects from start to finish. This role will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while working closely with subcontractors, field teams, and key stakeholders. The right person will have a strong background in construction project management (ideally within renewable energy) and be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through the full lifecycle (planning → construction → closeout) Build and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations Coordinate inspections, utilities, and permitting requirements Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively Provide leadership and direction to project teams Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication.
