โ€ข Coordinate daily project activities involving internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction activities from pre-construction (Early Stage) through to the Construction stage for BESS projects within the E&C Business Unit.

โ€ข Coordinate and leverage subject matter experts across engineering, permitting, safety, and construction disciplines to facilitate problem resolution, drive optimization, and develop viable construction plans and schedules;
โ€ข Oversee contractor and vendor performance through walk downs, acceptance validation against design requirements, resource allocation assessment, constructability verification, and payment request reviews;
โ€ข Ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals while managing scope control, work-in-progress tracking, and performance reporting across all assigned projects;
โ€ข Negotiate and execute commercial contracts while coordinating project activities with regulatory agencies, landowners, local community officials, executive leadership, and other stakeholders;
โ€ข Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate key variables and market trends, support process and efficiency initiatives, and report on critical project indicators to the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager.
