What You'll Accomplish
  • Manage renewable energy construction projects from planning, pre-construction, and execution through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
  • Build, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and construction safety standards.
  • Coordinate inspections, permitting activities, utility connections, and AHJ requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams and field personnel.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and project updates.
  • Collaborate with electrical contractors and EPC partners to align construction and commissioning activities.
  • Apply lean construction principles to improve efficiency and project performance.

  • Strong scheduling and project timeline management skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and jobsite operations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership experience directing project and field teams.
  • Experience with solar, wind, or utility-scale energy projects.
