This is a remote, 12-month contract role.
Compensation: $60-70 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience to oversee infrastructure projects within their Core Technology division. This remote position requires hands-on expertise in Smart Sheets, Service Now, and G-suite applications. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and facilitating team meetings, gathering and reporting status updates, tracking action items, risks, and issues, and managing resources across internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and a proven track record of inspiring and coordinating teams. PMI certification is preferred but not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and facilitate team meetings to gather and share status updates
  • Report project status and progress to stakeholders
  • Track action items, risks, and issues to ensure timely resolution and project progress
  • Coordinate and manage resources across the organization and vendors without direct authority
