Job description

THE ROLE

As an Advanced Services Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, customer-facing programs from initial handoff through successful delivery, translating business objectives into clear execution plans, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as the connective point across customers, sales, services, and internal leadership, ensuring programs stay on track while creating a consistent, high-quality customer experience. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking, operational discipline, and proactive communication to drive delivery excellence across a global, matrixed environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead complex program delivery: Own Advanced Services engagements end to end, from transition out of sales through planning, execution, governance, and closure, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables are managed with precision.
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing program lead: Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, run kickoffs and working sessions, manage executive communication, and drive alignment through key milestones and final acceptance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions teams, delivery resources, and other internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned, remove blockers, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Drive operational rigor and business visibility: Maintain accurate forecasts, track financial and delivery health, monitor time and resource alignment to plan, and provide clear program updates that support strong decision-making and predictable outcomes.
  • Strengthen delivery consistency and continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned, identify process improvement opportunities, and help evolve program management best practices that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience: 10+ years project/program management experience working in a global, external customer-facing environment. Proven experience leading complex, customer-facing technology or professional services projects for large enterprises, ideally in storage, cloud infrastructure, or data-center modernization (including migration programs). Federal experience is preferred.
  • Certification: PMP Certification required
  • Cross-Functional Program Mastery: Proven expertise leading large-scale program management and internal communication initiatives, with a demonstrated ability to align multiple diverse groups around a single objective.
  • Strategic Communication & Change Management: Exceptional business writing and relationship-building skills, with a knack for navigating organizational change and translating corporate priorities into clear, engaging team actions.
  • Analytical Problem Solving & Feedback Loop Execution: Strong proficiency in data analysis, particularly within customer-satisfaction focused environments, with the ability to turn qualitative field feedback into structured operational plans.
  • Digital Workplace Optimization: Superior organizational skills with specialized experience building and maintaining collaborative project repositories and online document ecosystems (such as Google Docs) to drive transparency.

Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the North Carolina office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
