We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key functional program area providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, including monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability and providing guidance and engineering for upgrades, systems modifications, and updates. The functional area also provides operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management configuration management and data analysis.

We are looking for and ITPM with a minimum of 11 years' experience with A Bachelor's or Master's Degree with the following experience:
  • Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or Leadership Coaching
  • Proven experience as a Lean Agile and leadership coach in an IT organization with Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support
  • Experience coaching and facilitating team building and leadership offsite events
  • Experience as an Enterprise Scrum Master using Lean Agile, setting up Jira projects, and facilitating division-level sprint planning
  • Ability to monitor multiple projects, identify risks, and communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Outstanding communication skills, articulating complex issues to various audiences
  • Experience leading and managing enterprise-level projects using Project Management Framework (PMF) or Lean Agile
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities, and identify programmatic challenges and mitigation strategies
  • Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects using Agile methodology and recommending changes for project success
  • Leading cloud-based projects and programs. AWS, Azure, Google cloud etc.
