Job description

Job Summary:
Google is seeking a Principal Data Transformation Lead to revolutionize marketing strategies through AI for major tech companies. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, driving the adoption of innovative AI-powered marketing strategies, and fostering relationships with C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a key technical advisor, translating complex concepts into clear stories for business stakeholders. Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with stakeholders through measurement subject matter knowledge.
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers to support their data and measurement infrastructure strategy, and collaboratively establish a roadmap to guide successful execution. Partner with sales and product teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Influence executive stakeholders to adopt Google’s Data Strength solutions, including Enhanced Conversions and Google tag gateway, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business.
• Lead clients in modernizing their data infrastructure for advanced AI solutions, establishing best practices and a long-term data strategy. Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of bespoke Google AI solutions to support Google business growth.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, technology sales, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
Preferred:
• Project management and client-facing experience, delivering high-profile projects and influencing executive stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience architecting and implementing AI-driven data and marketing technology roadmaps, with expertise in cloud-based solutions for the media, advertising, and technology sectors.
• Ability to create a strategic vision for clients, aligning their business goals with AI-powered technical solutions, and a passion for bringing AI to how customers grow their business.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
