The Role
We're looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close for G&A (General & Administrative) and GTM (Go-To-Market) roles. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across Finance, People, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to build the teams that scale our business. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the non-technical foundation of a rapidly growing AI company.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for G&A and GTM teams, including Finance, People Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships
  • Source exceptional talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative outreach strategies tailored to business functions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates from top tech companies, startups, and adjacent industries
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical business roles
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Represent Reflection's mission and culture to candidates, serving as an ambassador for our employer brand

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on G&A and/or GTM roles at high-growth tech companies
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates for functions like Finance, People, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and BD
  • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and improve recruiting performance
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the nuances of different business functions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
