Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with HR in one or more of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Ability to support tech and non-tech level VP leaders with global remits.
  • Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
  • Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with VPs and executive leaders, providing strategic guidance and influence on people and organizational matters.
  • Collaborate closely with key leaders, CoS, and POps CoEs to design and implement a robust People Strategy, adapting it to deliver measurable impact and align with business outcomes.
  • Navigate complex people and organizational challenges, balancing competing priorities to provide sound guidance and recommendations.
  • Provide data and strategic insights to guide leadership decisions and develop proactive solutions for organizational health, culture, design, and talent management.
  • Prepare and influence leaders, teams, and organizations through organizational changes to successfully deliver against the People strategy. Identify organizational and talent gaps to execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans.
