What youโ€™ll do
  • Own the setup: feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and inspection systems
  • Run and adjust the machine to maintain folding sequence, glue application, board caliper, and score alignment
  • Operate automated and computer-controlled inspection for consistent quality
  • Monitor product quality through the run and correct issues immediately
  • Handle routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
  • Read job tickets, verify schedules, track inventory counts
  • Keep the area clean, safe, and organized; support continuous improvement
Is this you?
  • Previous Folding Gluer Operator experience in printing/packaging/folding cartons (preferred)
  • Comfortable on Bobst or similar folding-gluer platforms (highly preferred)
  • Mechanically inclined and quick to troubleshoot
  • Understands glue systems, folding sequences, scoring, and carton construction
  • Reads tickets/layouts; uses calipers, rulers, and gauges with confidence
