High Quality CARTON Division of JRCI is searching for a FOLDER GLUER OPERATOR to set up, run, and monitor a folding carton folder/gluer machine to produce finished good within quality and efficiency standards. Salary commensurate with experience.

Principle Duties:

  • Make-ready the gluer for production runs.
  • Responsible for the gluer producing at quality levels.
  • Able to setup and operate all gluers.
  • Troubleshoot and do minor repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and write to comprehend job jacket instructions.
  • Must possess basic mathematic skills
  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently as an operator
  • Have ability to record production data through data entry
  • Prior carton folder/gluer operator experience strongly preferred.

Typical physical demands:

  • This position requires lengthy standing and walking up and down the gluer at least 70 – 75% of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift 25 to 35 lbs. throughout the shift as needed.
  • Must be willing to perform all other duties or assignments as required by members of management.


In addition, must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Position located at our JRCI - Carton Division, 10911 Granite Street, Charlotte, NC.

Full time 2nd shift position, with overtime based on production needs for all shifts.
