Job description

Job Title: Senior Product Operations & Systems Lead (Enterprise Airtable & Jira)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Product Operations & Systems Lead to architect and manage the digital infrastructure that powers our global product and engineering workflows. This role is the "connective tissue" between Product, Design, and PMO, ensuring that our core collaboration tools-primarily Airtable and the Atlassian Suite-are optimized for high-velocity intake, planning, and delivery. You will own the operational setup for a massive user base, translating diverse stakeholder requirements into scalable, automated solutions that maintain data integrity at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
• Systems Architecture: Manage and optimize Airtable, Jira, and Confluence to support complex cross-team workflows including intake, roadmap prioritization, and executive reporting.
• Airtable Mastery: Build and maintain scalable Airtable Interfaces for various stakeholder groups. Implement sophisticated automations and integrations (Slack, Jira, APIs) to reduce manual overhead.
• Operational Governance: Own the provisioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all product tooling. Ensure systems are highly available, reliable, and performant for thousands of users.
• Change Management: Develop clear documentation and training materials to support tool adoption. Lead large-scale onboarding and learning initiatives for a global Product and Design organization.
• Stakeholder Translation: Act as the primary point of contact for tooling best practices. Translate complex technical setups into understandable terms for stakeholders at all levels of the company.
• Data Integrity: Optimize database design and relational structures to ensure clean, actionable data across all product bases and reporting layers.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: 4+ years in a Tooling, Operations, or Systems Analyst role.
• Airtable Expertise (Mandatory): * Advanced admin-level capabilities, including relational database design and interface building.
• Proven experience scaling Airtable across multiple departments and large-scale deployments.
• Deep understanding of Airtable limitations and performance optimization.
• Platform Knowledge: 2+ years of experience within a Product, Technology, or Media environment. Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Skills: * Expert requirements gathering and process mapping capabilities.
• Superb presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to debug complex workflows and optimize interconnected systems.
