Payroll Analyst
Arclin has an immediate opening for a Payroll Analyst in our Corporate Headquarters. This will be a Hybrid Role (3 Days in - 2 Remote). This is a full-time opportunity in the Alpharetta / Atlanta Area.

Payroll Analyst Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepares, processes and maintains payroll calculations
  • Processes payroll distribution, direct deposit and Ad-hoc payroll inquiries
  • Leads the resolution of Payroll related issues and obstacles, ensuring seamless execution of bi-weekly payroll processes. Resolves or escalates issues as needed
  • Respond to payroll related inquiries from the payroll team, human resource professionals, and internal and external stakeholders/customers. Handle escalations as needed
  • Assists with quarterly year-end reconciliations
  • Assist with quarterly payroll tax payments
  • Ability to work additional hours during high peak times to include year-end and implementation
  • Process all global payrolls weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and assist with multi-site & multi-state/country payroll runs as needed
Payroll Analyst Job Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in payroll/accounting
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices, supported by proven experience
  • Experience compiling, analyzing and reviewing data. Excel skills required (V-lookup, pivot tables, etc).
  • Strong presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • BS/BA in business, accounting or relevant field required
  • Experience with Ultimate Software and Workday a plus
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
