Job Summary:
NTT DATA North America is a leading business and technology services provider, and they are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Consultant specializing in core banking. The role involves supporting infrastructure operations, system testing, incident management, and operational flow design for critical banking applications.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support infrastructure operations for core banking systems
โ€ข Manage system testing and incident management
โ€ข Design operational flows and batch processing workflows
โ€ข Collaborate across infrastructure, application, and business teams
โ€ข Utilize monitoring and scheduling tools
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Strong communication skills in English
โ€ข Experience designing and managing operational flows and batch processing workflows
โ€ข Familiarity with operational processes, runbooks, and support methodologies
โ€ข Ability to work across infrastructure, application, and business teams
โ€ข Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, production support, or system operations within Windows Server environments
โ€ข 3+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (T24 preferred)
โ€ข 3+ years of experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in production environments
โ€ข 3+ years of experience supporting system testing, release activities, and operational readiness
Preferred:
โ€ข Banking or financial services industry experience
โ€ข Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and scheduling tools
โ€ข Experience working in high-availability production environments
โ€ข Ability to coordinate with offshore/onshore teams
