This position follows a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work as approved by the Cooperative. To facilitate onboarding and training, the selected candidate will be required to report to the assigned job site full-time for up to the first year of employment before becoming eligible for the hybrid work arrangement.
