Job description

GIS Mapping Project / Starts Monday, June 1st!
**GIS Mapping Project** located on the west side of Wichita, KS.  Great, casual work environment.  This is a temporary position for a project lasting roughly 1 month.  There is potential for additional projects afterwards.
Pay: $17 per hr
Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm
  • Must be excellent at using dual monitors, Google Maps / Google Earth and other similar software to identify objects on a map like houses, shopping centers, hospitals etc. 
  • Must be able to sit for entire shift.  Speed is the key in this job.
  • If you like to play video games and are quick with a mouse and can read maps this might be for your IF you can get to work on time at 8am.
  • Must have the ability to look at multiple sites and or apps and identify and research buildings, roads, landmarks etc... This is a mapping project so you will be helping build out a digital map.
