We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Gift Management to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Specialist Gift Management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of gift processing and donor relations for our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fundraising efforts and maintaining positive relationships with our donors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gift management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of gift processing, including data entry, acknowledgement letters, and donor recognition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the database
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase donor retention and engagement
  • Coordinate gift solicitation campaigns and events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and implement fundraising plans
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to track fundraising progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in gift management
  • Assist with other development and fundraising initiatives as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in gift management or fundraising
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the mission and values of our organization
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or government industries is a plus
