Job description

Responsibilities

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Maintains operation and maintenance of all Physical Plant equipment.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:High school graduate or equivalent required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Two (2) years of experience in a related field. Experience must include hands-on practical knowledge of boilers, chillers, commercial air handling equipment, pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls, DDC controls, refrigeration equipment and building energy management systems.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Must possess a current 4th class National Power Engineers license per the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) or a current 4th class Georgia Power Engineers license per the Georgia State Association of Power Engineers ( will accept 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class GA Power Engineers License in lieu of 4th class). Must also possess an EPA Universal Refrigeration Certificate.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Valid Georgia driver?s license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 criteria preferred.
