Surfside Laundry is seeking a Resident Regional General Manager to oversee the operations of three commercial laundry facilities located in Panama City Beach, FL. This leadership role involves managing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring top-quality service across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong management skills to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of three commercial laundry facilities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop on-site management teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with corporate leadership to align regional operations with company objectives.
