Gaming/ Customer Service Associate

The Independent is currently seeking both experienced and inexperienced Gaming /Customer Service Associates to join our team in Marina, CA.

The Independent is a Third Party Proposition Player Provider Services (TPPPS) for California card rooms and casinos. The Independent is committed to providing superior customer service and game protection. Job Summary:

This exciting entry-level position has a proficient and working knowledge of casino table games. Associates monitor game procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. Our trainers provide excellent on-the-job training to our new associates so you can earn while you learn! Promotion and advancement opportunities are available with excellent performance.
We are also looking for EXPERIENCED ASSOCIATES to join our team as well.

Requirements/Benefits

  • No previous experience required
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must have strong basic math skills
  • Must be able to pass California State background check
  • Flexible schedule. Most card rooms and casinos are open 24/7

Pay Rate:

  • Starting hourly wage ranges from $20.00 up to $25.00 an hour depending on experience and/or game knowledge.
  • PAID TRAINING
  • Annual evaluations; wage increase possibility.
