Job description

Description: Our Game Day Operations Interns are an integral part of our game day staff. Without a fantastic group of engaging individuals, we would not be able to put on a show for our fans! We are looking for individuals who are excited to be part of a fast-paced work environment that requires quick thinking, creativity, and interaction with fans and staff.
Game Day Operations Interns will:
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for all home games
  • Execute pregame, intermission, postgame promotions
  • Interact with fans at home games to create a fun and exciting atmosphere
  • Assist Front Office Staff with all game day operational needs
  • Assist in the Front Office on non-game days as needed

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Be able to attend at least 80% of home games during the 2026-27 season. This will include nights, weekends, and potentially holidays.
  • Strong personal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to actively engage and interact with fans
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assigned tasks, and ability to learn quickly
  • The ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including setting up equipment for events, standing for extended periods, light to medium lifting, and walking on an ice surface.

*This is an unpaid internship intended for students seeking academic credit and/or looking to build their resumes and gain experience in the sports industry*
