By extending our philanthropic efforts beyond donations, we can make greater and longer lasting impacts in our community.
The Director of Development & Fundraising for CBC will build, maintain, and expand existing philanthropic initiatives that will bolster our ability to provide resources to our community through grantmaking, programming, and special projects. Working alongside the Manager of Community Engagement & Fundraising, you will have day-to-day responsibility for the team’s fundraising, development, and grantmaking efforts to support Chicago Bulls Charities’ including annual fundraising events as well as donor stewardship. As a member of the CBC team, you will collaborate with other departments across the organization to develop and execute innovative development activations that support our impact priorities and help achieve the goals of the team, NBA, as well as nonprofit and civic partners.

Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually + discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
