Responsibilities
The Reports & Insights Team empowers data-driven decision-making within our organization. We are committed to delivering meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement and optimize performance across all operational areas. The Reports & Insights team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information. Our focus is on fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning. Responsibilities: - Support cross-functional stakeholders by gathering business requirements and translating them into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. - Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and basic automation workflows while collaborating with team members. - Analyze operational data to identify trends, investigate root causes, quantify business impact, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. - Build and maintain dashboards that surface operational performance metrics and business insights. - Assist with data validation, quality checks, and governance activities to improve reporting accuracy. - Document datasets, metric definitions, reporting logic, and technical documentation to support scalable analytics solutions. - Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and best practices in analytics and automation. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and operational processes through data and analytics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 1+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or a related field (internships and academic project considered). - Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data. - Working knowledge of Python, Excel, or another scripting language for data analysis or automation. - Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. - Strong analytical problem solving skills with attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualification(s): - Internship or business experience building dashboards, reports, or automations. - Familiarity with relational datasets and basic data modeling concepts. - Experience in Trust & Safety, operations analytics, or large-scale operational environment is a plus. - Experience in AI-assisted productivity tools and workflow automation.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $128000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
