  • Facilitate communication and feedback by capturing decisions and translating inputs into clear action items and next steps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional challenges, proactively surfacing risks and removing obstacles to ensure project success.
  • Ensure process adherence while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Skills You Will Need

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex situations into clear action items and next steps.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a bias towards action.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Passion for brand marketing and creative development, with an understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends.

Who You Are
  • 5-7+ years of experience in project/program management, creative operations, or brand marketing with a strong focus on agency management.
  • Experience managing the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless integration of creative assets.
  • Deep understanding of 360-degree campaign execution, including digital, social, video, in-store, and experiential marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders including senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within retail, fashion, or consumer brand marketing is preferred.
