Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to start their career in project management and coordination. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress and update project schedules using project management tools.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
