Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in project management and coordination within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and budgets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate project activities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and timelines.
  • Help identify and resolve potential issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
