What You Will Do
  • Be a relationship builder (pun intended) Build and maintain positive relationships with anyone and everyone involved in a project. Inspection agencies, architects, engineers, facility staff, etc., etc. This also includes business development. Attend groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, all things social.
  • Coordination. Attend and coordinate job site meetings with trade partners and keep well-documented meeting minutes. Help the Project Managers and Superintendents with coordinating building permits, required inspections, and organizing all paperwork for the job.
  • Blueprint Review. Dive into understanding project drawings and specs and attend turnover meetings with our Estimating Department. Make them worthwhile by asking questions.
  • Learn the Process. Help generate RFIs and assist with the entire submittal process, acquiring all submittal information through approvals and ordering material. Partner with the Superintendent to review all pertinent shop drawings/addendums/RFI/Sk drawings, etc., and make sure everyone gets the updated project documents.
  • Quality Control. Assist in overseeing the quality process from start to finish.
  • Provide Insight. Attend and participate in the monthly projection process.
