This is not a sit-back-and-maintain-accounts role.
This is a build, expand, and grow revenue role inside existing leads and accounts-with uncapped commission tied directly to what you produce.

  • Account Growth: Turn inbound and assigned leads into long-term, multi-order partnerships
  • Pipeline Creation: Prospect into accounts, uncover new opportunities, and expand relationships across departments
  • Solution Selling: Research products, build proposals, and present tailored promotional solutions
  • Execution: Manage quotes, orders, and workflows through Salesforce and internal platforms
  • Client Experience: Own communication from first touch through fulfillment-no handoffs, no excuses

  • Clear, confident communication-written and verbal
  • Comfort with tools like Hubspot, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
    (CommonSKU experience is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $45,000 (varies based on experience)
