Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland, OH. This position is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts by meeting with local organizations, presenting product options, and recommending branded solutions that align with client needs and budgets. Daily activities include prospecting and cold calling, scheduling and attending in-person meetings, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with internal teams on orders and production timelines, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and service. The representative is expected to build strong relationships in the community, attend networking events, and represent Fully Promotedโ€“Cleveland professionally at all times.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, account management, or business development, preferably in promotional products, printing, apparel, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly, negotiate terms, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Comfort with prospecting, cold calling, and networking, including attending local events and meeting with decision-makers at client locations.
