Leveraging strong Workday knowledge and hands-on configuration experience, you'll play a key role in enhancing HR technology solutions that support workforce operations and elevate the teammate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
  • Configure and optimize Workday business processes, security, eligibility rules, notifications, reporting, and related system functionality.
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives with minimal support while managing assigned work, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support HR process design and ensure Workday solutions align with governance, best practices, enterprise standards, and teammate experience goals.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional system solutions in partnership with HR and IT.
  • Evaluate and apply digital capabilities across varied systems and domains to improve HR service delivery and workforce operations.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to architectural, security, compliance, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Support system reliability, data integrity, release management, testing, and operational sustainability.
  • Evaluate digital and AI-enabled solutions by assessing readiness, data integrity, integration capability, and operational viability.
  • Use workforce data and reporting insights to support decision-making, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Balance stakeholder needs with Workday capabilities, system constraints, and enterprise standards.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of Workday or HRIS experience.
  • Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience across Workday modules.
  • Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, security, eligibility rules, notifications, and system governance.
  • Advanced Workday reporting knowledge, including calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Foundational knowledge of integrations, EIBs, data audits, and system impacts.
  • Understanding of Workday release management, testing standards, and implementation best practices.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including hire, movement, compensation, absence, and separation.
  • Ability to translate HR and business needs into system designs that balance capability, teammate experience, and operational feasibility.
  • Strong consultation skills with the ability to explain system trade-offs, constraints, and implications to HR and business partners.
  • Commitment to workforce data stewardship, confidentiality, privacy, and appropriate use of employee data.
  • Ability to design and refine Workday interactions that improve usability, consistency, adoption, and the overall teammate experience.
  • Interest in digital and AI-enabled capabilities that support HR systems, workforce operations, and enterprise scalability.
Preferred
  • Workday Pro Certification or active progress toward certification.
  • Experience supporting multiple Workday modules in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on cross-functional system initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, integrations, business processes, security, and release testing.
