The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and taxation, with an interest in working on sophisticated planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Exposure to closely held business planning, business succession planning, and related tax issues is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Collaborate with corporate and transactional attorneys on matters involving business ownership, restructuring, and liquidity events
  • Work closely with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals to implement planning recommendations
