Location: Miami, FL
Experience: 6–15 years

Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate Practice Group in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney to work on sophisticated corporate matters within a collaborative and growing practice.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions
  • Assisting with fundraising documentation and fund formation matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and transactional documents
  • Supporting complex corporate transactions from structuring through closing
  • Counseling clients on general corporate and contractual matters
  • Collaborating closely with practice group leadership and other senior attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–15 years of corporate transactional experience
  • Strong experience with M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters
  • Experience with fundraising documentation and fund formation preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions and client relationships
  • Strong business judgment and attention to detail
