Position Title: Transactional Attorney

Salary Range: $160,000 - $195,000 / Year DOE
Transactional Attorney Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel on special education law and related matters
- Engage in defense and potential plaintiff work based on practice group needs
- Maintain a focus on the mission of education law
- Meet the company standard of 1800 billable hours annually
- Collaborate with various practice groups to address diverse legal challenges
Transactional Attorney Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in social work or education
- Experience in defense law, with consideration for plaintiff experience on a case-by-case basis
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Experience in big law is preferred
