Job description

The Role
Everlaw's Business Development team builds and manages Everlaw's partner ecosystem, working with Managed Service Providers, Advisory Services, and other strategic partners to help bring Everlaw's technology to market. We work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Product to build durable, commercially meaningful partnerships that help our customers succeed.
Everlaw's partner segment is growing quickly, and we see a major opportunity to deepen our channel motion with high-value Managed Service Providers. We are hiring a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to own a focused set of named partners and grow their business with Everlaw.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA or New York, NY office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do
  • Own and grow a focused portfolio of named managed service providers that are critical to our revenue goals.
  • Build and execute joint business plans with partners, establishing clear account priorities, pipeline goals, executive cadence, enablement plans, and success metrics.
  • Drive disciplined partner execution through consistent account mapping, pipeline inspection, QBRs, business reviews, and joint action planning.
  • Expand our footprint within partner books of business by identifying whitespace, new use cases, and new routes to market.
  • Help partners incorporate our broader AI strategy into their customer-facing motions and service offerings.
  • Navigate cross-functional internal work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product to remove friction and move partner-backed deals forward.
About You
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in channel management, partner management, alliances, or partner-facing go-to-market roles.
  • You have direct experience driving revenue in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • You have worked with large, complex partners such as GSIs, SIs, MSPs, resellers, or major service providers rather than only lighter-weight referral or marketing partnerships.
  • You know how to turn a partner relationship into a business plan with measurable outcomes, clear ownership, and operating cadence.
  • You are highly effective working with field sales teams and understand how to create alignment between direct sellers and partner sellers.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Bonus points
  • Experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, litigation support, investigations, or adjacent workflows.
  • Experience selling through service providers or partners who wrap services around software.
  • Experience building joint motions with Big 4, GSIs, major consulting firms, or complex enterprise channel ecosystems.
  • Experience in a category where partner economics, commercial design, and field alignment materially affected win rates.

Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. We often revisit candidates who may have applied for a different role if something comes up that's a better fit.
The Team - Business Development
The Business Development team builds and grows the network of partners who extend Everlaw's reach into the market. By identifying, recruiting, and supporting partners across the ecosystem, the team creates relationships that open new paths to customers and reinforce Everlaw's position in the industry. This work turns strong partnerships into a durable channel for growth, helping more organizations discover Everlaw through partners they already trust.
Total Rewards & Benefits
The annual base salary for this position is between $135,800 - $171,500, with a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) of between $194,000 - $245,000, representing a 70/30 compensation split. Eligibility for the commission portion is performance-based and subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics, which are governed by Everlaw's policies and incentive plans. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future. This role is also eligible for equity and the benefits below.
Health & well-being
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for health and dependent care expenses
  • Membership to Modern Health to support mental health and wellness
  • Paid parental leave
  • Company-sponsored life and disability insurance
Financial rewards
  • Competitive equity grants, so you share in Everlaw's long-term growth
  • 401(k) plan with company matching of up to 4% of eligible annual compensation
Growth & everyday perks
  • 17 paid vacation days, 11 federal holidays, and paid sick leave
  • Four "Everlawlidays" (additional paid company-wide days off) per year
  • Annual allocation for learning & development and relevant professional membership dues
  • Hybrid work with regular work-from-home days and flexibility for life's logistics
  • Monthly home internet reimbursement, plus a stipend for your desk setup
  • Catered lunch each workday, plus snacks and company-wide events in our offices
About Everlaw
When a lawsuit or investigation happens, teams must comb through vast amounts of electronic evidence - emails, documents, chats, files - to find what matters. That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
We're the kind of place that's ranked #1 on G2 in our category and named a Great Place to Work™ by our own team. So if you want a front row seat to an industry in transformation, career-defining work you'll be proud to tell people about, and real upside at a company in control of its own destiny, we'd love to get to know you.
