As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our clients. You'll be responsible for understanding our customers' technical requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and helping our sales teams close deals. You will work closely with both the sales and engineering departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and pain points.

  • Prepare and present technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support by answering product-related queries and clarifying technical details.

  • Develop technical solutions that align with client requirements and our product offerings.

  • Assist in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure successful product customization, integration, and implementation.
