The Position:

As a ZO Ambassador, you are tasked with putting customers first while collaborating with internal and external partners to build memorable hospitality experiences and community in our property. This role will specifically focus on elevating the ZO program at Rockefeller Center in Midtown, Manhattan and report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Serve as the communication point between ZO, Property Management, security and third party operations teams; ensure consistent hospitality and warmth

Seek to foster internal and external relationships that will assist in providing concierge-type services as needed

Execute events and activations to improve customer experience and engagement with ZO, working in conjunction with the ZO team to involve partners where appropriate, and coordinating with property management on event operations

Manage bookings for conference facilities across 125 High Street and One Federal Street properties in conjunction with Property Management teams

Ensure continuous improvement in quality of customer experiences by seeking and analyzing feedback on ZO programming and services; provide management with feedback summary and recommendations accordingly

Greet guests and customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing guidance and general information about the property to ensure visitor and customer satisfaction

Conduct daily property walkthroughs and provide feedback to property team as needed to ensure design integrity, cleanliness, etc.

Scan and inform Property Management team of new customer and VIP tours and assist with flawless execution

Remain well versed on all aspects of the property, including all customers, services, and daily events

Act as a representative of the ZO spaces, services and provide assistance when needed

Report and document any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately

Perform administrative and project management duties as needed

What we look for:

At least 1 year of previous hotel experience preferred

Bachelor's degree is required

Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure with a variety of people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, understand and work well with cash and basic accounting principles

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar program

Must possess an aptitude for guest service and have a cheerful, positive attitude

Must be fluent in English. Fluency in at least one foreign language is a plus

The base compensation range for this role is $24.40 per hour. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.

This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer's New York team, as we've considered factors specific to this geography.
